Welcome to Diligent Educations. By engaging our services for admission guidance, MBBS abroad counseling,
or visa assistance, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Scope
Diligent Educations acts as a facilitator and consultant. We assist students in securing admissions to
foreign universities. Note that:
- Admission decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective university.
- Visa approvals are the exclusive domain of the respective Embassy/Consulate.
- We do not guarantee admission or visas but ensure diligent processing of your application.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
All service charges, processing fees, and consultancy fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
- Registration Fees: Generally non-refundable as they cover initial processing and
administrative costs.
- University Fees: Must be paid directly to the university account or as per
university guidelines. We are not responsible for direct cash transactions handled outside our
official protocol.
- Refunds: In the event of visa rejection due to our error, refunds will be processed
as per the signed agreement. Rejection due to false documents provided by the student is not
eligible for a refund.
3. Student Responsibilities
- You must provide authentic, original academic and personal documents. Submission of fake documents
will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
- You are responsible for meeting the deadline for fee payments and document submissions.
- You must adhere to the laws and regulations of the destination country.
4. Limitation of Liability
Diligent Educations is not liable for:
- Changes in government policies or visa rules of the destination country.
- Unforeseen closure or changes in policy of foreign universities.
- Flight delays, cancellations, or travel-related issues not directly booked by us.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
located in New Delhi, India.
